Return policy is not applicable on service sale.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to giving you the best service, but if we fail to provide you a free replacement due to any circumstances, you will be refunded up to 50% of the purchased plan amount.

The amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. 1st month charges will not be refunded and charges for remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We interview each Blucollar personally and are then shortlisted, so only those blucollars that pass our quality test are listed as such. Despite this, if there is any loss due to Blucollar worker, then We are not responsible for the claim of any damage/loss, liabilities, expenses incurred by the Worker.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced services and items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional sale items cannot be refunded.


 

Exchanges/Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace a Blucoller If a Blucoller leaves you within 2 months of joining for any personal reason, we will replace Blucoller completely free of charge. But if a blucollar leaves you because of your fault then unfortunately we cannot provide any replacement, we will investigate the reason for leaving Blucoller. You will have to pay again for any new requirements. Please send us an email at connect@blucollars.com for any replacement query. Don't forget to mention your order number for any replacement query.


 

Gifts

Unfortunately if we can't find a replacement for you, we'll issue a gift coupon that you can use on your next order. The validity of the gift coupon will be 1 year from the date of coupon issue.


 

Shipping

We will carry only one-way train or bus tickets from the station of Blucoller to the destination station. You will have to pick up the Blucoller from the destination station at your own cost.
